- Develop and execute yearly, quarterly, monthly, and daily action plans to achieve assigned targets
- Plan, schedule, and execute professional brand demos as a primary selling tool
- Use demos to close new doors, introduce new brands or lines into existing accounts, and accelerate client decision making
- Own the demo to order conversion process and ensure demos translate into confirmed orders and repeat business
- Maintain existing accounts through consistent visits and structured follow ups
- Grow accounts by increasing brand depth and portfolio penetration
- Achieve collection targets in line with agreed payment terms
- Convert new doors by brand across existing and newly opened salons
- Sell strictly within approved price lists, promotions, and commercial frameworks
- Maintain expert level technical knowledge of assigned brands
- Prepare and submit structured monthly route and visit plans
- Collaborate closely with education, marketing, and brand teams
Requirements
- Certified technical professional (hairdresser / therapist / technician, depending on category)
- Proven ability to conduct professional demos and convert them into sales
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship building skills
- Commercially aware with understanding of pricing, promotions, and credit discipline
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a target driven hybrid role
- 3–7 years of hands on technical experience, combined with strong sales exposure

Role Overview
- MADI international is looking for Sales Educator Nail Division who will be responsible for driving sales growth through technical expertise and demo led selling across assigned brands and territory.
- This role combines sales accountability with advanced technical capability, using professional demos to close new doors, accelerate brand entry, and expand portfolios within existing accounts.
Sales Planning & Target Execution
- Develop and execute yearly, quarterly, monthly, and daily action plans to achieve assigned targets.
- Break down overall and brand specific targets into clear, account level plans.
- Ensure monthly achievement of targets for each assigned brand, not only total territory sales.
- Monitor performance regularly and proactively close gaps to target.
Demo Led Selling & Deal Closure
- Plan, schedule, and execute professional brand demos as a primary selling tool.
- Use demos to close new doors, introduce new brands or lines into existing accounts, and accelerate client decision making and order placement.
- Own the demo to order conversion process.
- Ensure demos translate into confirmed orders and repeat business.
- Demonstrate hands on technical expertise in products, protocols, and application techniques.
Account Management & Portfolio Growth
- Maintain existing accounts through consistent visits and structured follow ups.
- Grow accounts by increasing brand depth and portfolio penetration.
- Upsell additional brands, lines, and services within salons.
- Ensure effective selling of the full approved brand portfolio.
- Retain accounts through strong relationships and value based selling.
Collections & Financial Discipline
- Achieve collection targets in line with agreed payment terms.
- Follow up on overdue payments in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with Finance to resolve collection issues when required.
- Maintain clean customer ledgers and minimize outstanding balances.
- Support responsible credit management while preserving client relationships.
New Business Development & Market Expansion
- Convert new doors by brand across existing and newly opened salons.
- Proactively identify and target new salon openings in the territory.
- Secure early brand entry into new salons through demos and presentations.
- Maintain a strong and visible pipeline of prospective clients.
- Ensure maximum and effective coverage of the assigned territory.
Commercial Discipline, Promotions & Liquidation
- Sell strictly within approved price lists, promotions, and commercial frameworks.
- Avoid unnecessary discounting by negotiating value before price.
- Provide clear justification and client rationale when requesting commercial support.
- Actively sell monthly brand promotions, focus SKUs, and liquidation stock.
- Ensure promotional offers are executed in the market, not only communicated.
Brand Knowledge, Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Maintain expert level technical knowledge of assigned brands.
- Stay fully informed on products, ingredients, protocols, and application techniques.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, promotions, and market movements.
- Identify client objections, usage gaps, and market opportunities.
- Share structured insights with supervisors, managers, and brand teams.
Route Planning & Territory Coverage
- Prepare and submit structured monthly route and visit plans.
- Balance time between demos, high potential accounts, and follow up visits.
- Achieve ≥90% route plan adherence and adjusted visit targets.
- Prioritize accounts based on potential, risk, and growth opportunity.
- Ensure each visit is productive and focused on selling and opportunity creation.
Cross Functional Collaboration & Brand Toolbox Execution
- Collaborate closely with education teams, marketing teams, and brand managers.
- Fully utilize the brand toolbox including commercial frameworks, catalogues, price lists, POSM, and launch materials.
- Ensure correct execution of brand assets at salon level.
