Grow the BOCK commercial reciprocating compressor portfolio across Turkey, the Middle East, and Africa.

The role may be based in Dubai, Riyadh, or Jeddah and involves collaboration across multiple countries and cultures.
What You'll Be Doing
- Drive the regional sales strategy for BOCK compressors and translate priorities into measurable growth.
- Partner with sales teams and channel partners to identify, qualify, and convert opportunities.
- Build relationships with OEMs, distributors, and key accounts to increase market share.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Provide commercial guidance on pricing, profitability, product availability, marketing initiatives, and product launches.
What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or commercial roles within refrigeration, HVAC/R, compressors, or related industrial technologies.
- Strong understanding of commercial refrigeration applications and the ability to communicate technical value.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or an engineering-related field, or an equivalent qualification.
- Ability to develop growth plans, influence stakeholders, and drive execution across multiple markets or regions.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across cultures and organizational levels.
