Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the commercial and go-to-market strategy across the Middle East & Africa region
- Manage the full sales cycle, including client development, tender participation, negotiations, contract signing, and payment collection
- Build and expand a regional partner ecosystem including distributors, system integrators, and strategic partners
- Develop and lead a regional sales organization (20+ people) to support large-scale market expansion
- Drive government and enterprise-level business development across the region (B2G and B2B)
- Identify and close large strategic deals and long-term contracts
- Monitor regulatory changes, regional policies, and market developments to adapt the commercial strategy
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B or B2G sales experience in the Middle East & Africa region
- Strong existing network with governments and enterprises across MEA
- Experience in drones, intelligent equipment, or industrial technology sectors
- Proven experience managing large sales teams (20+ people)
- Demonstrated success closing large-scale strategic deals
- Deep understanding of local business cultures, procurement processes, and regulations across MEA
- Fluent English and/or Arabic as working languages
