Sales Director - Interiors & Fit out

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for interior design and fit-out projects.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, site visits, and referrals.
• Meet clients to understand requirements and present tailored solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals against monthly and annual targets.
• Coordinate with design and project teams for smooth handover and client satisfaction.
• Maintain client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, marketing, interior design, or a related field is required.
• At least 15 years of proven UAE interior design and fit-out sales experience is required.
• A minimum of AED 15 million in annual sales achievement for each of the last 10 years is required.
• A strong network and knowledge of the Dubai market and its regulations are required.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required.
• Candidates must be self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.

Compensation

• The salary is AED 13,000 to AED 15,000 per month.

Workplace

• The work location is in person.
