Real Estate Agent - Intern

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Visit commercial towers, office buildings, and business districts daily.
• Meet facility managers, leasing teams, and property management representatives.
• Introduce company services and build relationships.
• Identify tenant move-ins, move-outs, office renovation needs, and leasing activity.
• Identify expansion requirements and fit-out opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with facility management companies, leasing brokers, property managers, and office teams.
• Coordinate qualified leads with the Sales Manager for meetings, site visits, and proposals.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or current pursuit of a degree is required; business, marketing, engineering, or related fields are preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi or Arabic are required.
• Candidates must be confident, presentable, and proactive.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Dubai is required.
• Interest in sales, real estate, interiors, or construction is required.
• One year of prior Dubai real estate or B2B sales experience is preferred in the main requirements section but listed as required in the structured experience field.
• A UAE driving license is listed as preferred in the main requirements section but required in the structured license field.

Compensation

• A basic stipend plus commission on closed sales is provided for six months.
• A potential full-time opportunity may be offered based on performance after six months.
• An internship certificate will be provided.

Workplace

• The role is performed in person and requires extensive travel within Dubai.
