Our Client
A UAE food manufacturer with a portfolio spanning branded foods, food ingredients, and industrial products.
The business sells locally and across international markets.
The Role
The employer is seeking a Sales Director with substantial B2B and export experience.
The priority is to grow business with food manufacturers, industrial customers, foodservice operators, and distributors while expanding export markets.
Retail is part of the business but is not the central focus of the search.
Responsibilities
- Lead B2B sales across food manufacturing, industrial, foodservice, and institutional customers.
- Develop export sales and distributor relationships across the GCC, Middle East, Africa, and other relevant markets.
- Identify countries, customers, and applications where the existing portfolio can grow.
- Negotiate commercial agreements with distributors and major customers.
- Manage pricing, margins, credit terms, and customer profitability.
- Coordinate forecasting and demand planning with Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
- Develop the sales team and set clear account and market priorities.
