Role Overview

  • Axiom is hiring for a high impact Sales Director role in Dubai, representing one of the leading institutional digital asset infrastructure platforms.
  • This is an opportunity to sell cutting edge infrastructure bridging traditional finance, digital assets, payments, stablecoins, tokenisation, and institutional trading workflows.

  • Our client is a rapidly scaling institutional infrastructure provider delivering secure wallet, transaction, and digital asset infrastructure solutions to financial institutions, fintechs, exchanges, trading firms, and asset managers globally.
  • Operating at the intersection of regulated financial markets and blockchain technology, the platform enables institutions to securely access digital assets, treasury operations, settlement, tokenisation, and DeFi workflows.

What We’re Hiring

  • We are looking for a Sales Director to drive growth across Dubai, focused on selling institutional grade digital asset infrastructure solutions into financial institutions and sophisticated market participants.

You will bring

  • 5+ years of enterprise or institutional sales experience within digital assets, fintech, capital markets, payments, SaaS, custody, or financial infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of institutional digital asset workflows, including trading, treasury, settlement, tokenisation, stablecoins, or DeFi infrastructure.
  • Proven ability managing complex enterprise sales cycles from origination through to close.
  • Experience selling into financial institutions, fintechs, hedge funds, exchanges, asset managers, or trading firms.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across commercial, technical, compliance, and operational teams.
  • A highly commercial mindset with the ability to build pipeline and drive new business in emerging markets.
