We are looking for an experienced and highly connected sales leader to drive growth for our client's Data, AI, Cloud and Digital Transformation business across the UAE market.
The ideal candidate should possess strong relationships across enterprise and government accounts in the UAE, along with a strong understanding of modern technology landscapes including Data Platforms, AI/GenAI, Cloud, Analytics, Application Modernization and Digital Transformation initiatives.
This is a high-impact leadership role focused on hunting strategic opportunities, building CXO relationships, driving large transformation deals and expanding long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and strategic account acquisition across UAE
- Build and manage relationships with CXOs, business leaders and technology stakeholders
- Identify and create opportunities across:
- Digital Transformation Programs
- Own end-to-end sales cycle from opportunity creation to closure
- Work closely with hyperscaler and OEM ecosystem partners including Google Cloud, Azure, AWS, Databricks and others
- Collaborate with consulting, delivery and pre-sales teams to shape winning solutions
- Drive executive connects, strategic workshops and advisory conversations
- Maintain strong understanding of market trends, competitive landscape and emerging AI technologies
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and forecasting discipline
Desired Profile
- 10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience in UAE/GCC
- Strong network and relationships within UAE enterprise ecosystem
- Prior experience selling Data, AI, Cloud or Digital Transformation services
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology and consulting-led sales
- Experience working with System Integrators, Consulting firms or Hyperscalers preferred
- Strong communication, executive presence and relationship management skills
- Ability to engage both business and technology stakeholders
- Proven track record of managing and closing large strategic deals
