Role Overview
The Sales Director is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai responsible for leading the sales function and driving revenue growth across the company's real estate portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Set sales strategies and targets, oversee sales operations, and guide the sales team toward performance goals.
- Manage client relationships, support key negotiations, and ensure high-quality customer service throughout the sales cycle.
- Identify new business opportunities, monitor market trends, and optimize processes to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Coach and mentor team members, track KPIs, and prepare regular performance reports.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and sales operations experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Customer service experience with a professional, responsive, and client-focused approach.
- Proven team management capabilities, including coaching, performance monitoring, and talent development.
