The Recruiting Operations Manager will own the end-to-end hiring system for real estate agents and key operational roles.
This is a builder role focused on creating a scalable recruiting operating system rather than only processing candidates.
Employment and Workplace
- The role is full-time and on-site in Dubai, UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for agents and internal hires, from job description creation through onboarding.
- Manage and optimize applications, screening, interviews, scorecards, group Zoom interviews, and 30-day trials.
- Maintain candidate pipelines in Google Sheets, GoHighLevel, and any light ATS adopted by the company.
- Build structured assessments for performance, Dubai secondary market experience, and commission-only resilience.
- Improve 30-60-90 day ramp plans covering scripts, Money Huddles, and CRM usage.
- Report weekly hiring funnel metrics and sourcing-channel performance.
- Run sourcing through job boards, LinkedIn, WhatsApp groups, and referrals.
- Hire and manage a small recruiting or coordination team as volume grows.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience is required.
- At least 2 years focused on sales, real estate, or commission-only roles is required.
- Strong operations mindset and experience building processes, scorecards, and simple systems are required.
- Candidates should be confident with spreadsheets and basic ATS or CRM tools.
- Dubai market familiarity is expected; real estate or brokerage experience is advantageous.
- Excellent written and spoken English is required; other languages are a plus.
- Candidates must be based in Dubai and able to work on-site.
