Sales Development Representative

You have at least one year of experience in a quota-carrying or outbound-facing role — whether that's SDR, BDR, inside sales, or a competitive environment where you had to generate and close your own opportunities. B2B SaaS experience is a bonus, but what matters more is that you've consistently hit or exceeded your targets and you're hungry for more responsibility, not more of the same.

Run sharp discovery conversations that surface genuine pain and create momentum

Clearly communicate the value of Optix and how it maps to what operators actually need

Keep your sequences, follow-ups, and CRM (HubSpot) current and clean

Partner with AEs to refine messaging, sharpen handoffs, and close the loop on what's working
