About the Role

  • Are you passionate about cybersecurity, technology, and building meaningful relationships that drive business growth?
  • We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our high performing sales team in the UAE.
  • You’ll be at the forefront of our go to market strategy—connecting with enterprise and corporate level prospects across South Africa.

What You’ll Do

  • Actively engage our prospective customers to identify new opportunities over the phone.
  • Run a sophisticated Sales process from Prospecting to Closure.
  • Discover and drive new business opportunities within Corporate or Enterprise accounts.
  • Conduct high level discovery calls with the C suite and their VPs.
  • Become a cyber security expert and thought leader.
  • Earn a black belt in competitive selling and objection handling.
  • Collaborate with marketing and channel partners to execute on a successful go to market strategy.
  • Provide exceptional and high touch customer service.
  • Become an insider within the Cyber Security Industry and an expert of CrowdStrike products.
  • Stay well educated on the CrowdStrike competitive landscape.

What You’ll Need

  • A strong desire to create a successful career in technology sales.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn new business and technical concepts quickly.
  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision making and streamline workflows.
  • Competitive nature, but also a collaborative team player.
  • Strong presentation skills, both in person and via virtual channels.
  • Customer Service background a plus.
  • Fluency in English.

Bonus Points

  • Cyber Security knowledge.
  • Security and/or SaaS Sales experience a plus.
  • Telephone Sales experience preferred but not essential.
  • Experience working in the South African market (preferred).
