We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team as we continue to grow the number of schools using Wellio across Australia and Asia. You'll work closely with our sales team to reach out to Heads of Wellbeing at schools, listen to their challenges, and articulate how Wellio can make their lives easier.
The core outcome of your role is to organise meetings between schools and our sales team so they can see a full demonstration of Wellio and trial the platform themselves. You'll achieve this through email, phone, and attendance at key wellbeing conferences across Australia.
As a fast-growing company, this role offers real opportunities to grow into senior sales positions, both within Australia and at our international offices.

At Wellio, we help schools put wellbeing at the heart of learning. We believe deteriorating youth mental health is one of the most important problems in the world to tackle right now, and we're looking for people to join us on that journey.
Schools are stepping up to tackle this crisis head-on, putting wellbeing lessons into their timetables and making student mental health a priority. But staffing constraints mean these lessons are often delivered by teachers who weren't trained in wellbeing, leaving them feeling unprepared for the concerns and questions that come their way. Meanwhile, schools are trying to hand-roll their own systems to triage students, spot who's struggling, and deliver tailored support, prioritising wellbeing but struggling to solve it with staff who are new to these problems.
Today, Wellio powers programs in nearly 700 schools across 18 countries, and we're growing fast. With the number of schools using Wellio set to double in 2026, we're looking for passionate people to join us.
