Role Overview
The Sales Development Representative creates and qualifies new opportunities and books meetings for Account Executives.
The role is located in Sydney and describes a hybrid schedule with two days per week in the office.

Responsibilities
- Generate opportunities through cold calling, email sequences, LinkedIn, and other outbound tactics.
- Identify, target, and nurture potential outbound opportunities.
- Understand prospect needs and communicate them clearly to Account Executives.
- Articulate UpGuard’s value proposition and products around each prospect’s needs.
- Record accurate and detailed notes in CRM and sales engagement systems.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to improve processes and products using prospect insights.
