About the role
UpGuard builds a Cyber Risk Posture Management platform using security ratings, threat intelligence, and agentic AI.
The GTM Engineer designs and implements AI-native automations to improve Revenue team productivity across Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success.
The role involves building solutions with current AI and automation technologies and working closely with their end users.
What you will do
- Design, build, and implement AI-native automations.
- Leverage automation platforms such as n8n.
- Build custom software solutions where required.
- Integrate automations with CRMs, Customer Data Platforms, and Sales Engagement tools.
- Interface with Data Warehouses using dbt and reverse-ETL platforms.
What you will bring
- A track record of leveraging LLMs to automate manual workflows.
- Experience with Python and/or JavaScript.
- Expertise with automation platforms such as n8n.
- Comprehensive knowledge of REST API architecture as both a user and builder of APIs.
- A can-do attitude and drive to build innovative solutions with unfamiliar technologies.
