- Maintain and update sales databases, track performance metrics, and generate reports as needed for internal analysis.
- Provide support with spare part requests by entering them into SyteLine quickly and accurately.
- Assist with light proposal preparation and documentation.
- Follow up with customers on outstanding or older opportunities to ensure nothing is missed.
- Maintain and update SyteLine dates and information to ensure accurate sales pipeline and forecasting.
- Support Key Account Managers (KAMs) and Sales Development Reps (SDRs) by handling routine administrative and sales support tasks.
- Ensure timely and reliable communication with customers to improve response times.Other duties as assigned

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with internal stakeholders & customer-first mindset
- Ability and desire to support co-workers in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability and desire to take charge within the roles defined responsibilities.
- Speed and accuracy at assigned responsibilities, and ability to manage multiple requests and priorities.
- Must be proficient at Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and HRIS system.
- Excellent reading and writing skills in the English language and basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Successful completion of 90-day probationary period.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
