Role Overview
The Sales Development Representative will build outbound pipeline for an enterprise software company serving facilities management customers.
The platform is deployed across real estate, hospitality, healthcare, education, and government organizations in the region.
Compensation and Opportunity
- The base salary is AED 10,000 to AED 12,000 per month, dependent on experience.
- Variable compensation is AED 4,000, resulting in stated on-target earnings of AED 14,000 to AED 16,000.
- The role includes a provisioned outbound technology stack, mentorship from the sales lead, enterprise deal exposure, and a growth path.
What You Will Do
- Build and run multi-channel outbound sequences targeting enterprise buyers across the UAE and GCC.
- Identify and research high-value accounts.
- Qualify leads against the Ideal Customer Profile.
- Own pipeline data and report weekly on activity, conversion, and contribution.
- Work toward a monthly booked-meeting target.
What We Need
- At least two years of experience in an outbound SDR or BDR role at a B2B SaaS company, ideally enterprise.
