Responsibilities
- Drive sales pipeline growth by executing targeted SDR activities, including outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow up
- Conduct research to identify and prioritize key target personas; gather and organize contact information for outreach
- Lead cold calling campaigns to engage prospects, nurture warm leads, and qualify new sales opportunities
- Follow up on leads generated by marketing and events, converting them into qualified opportunities
- Partner with sales teams to develop strategies for pipeline generation and align outreach efforts with business goals
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to support deal progression and ensure seamless communication across the sales organization
- Use CRM tools to track, analyze, and report on sales development activities, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
- Stay adaptable and leverage a variety of sales tools to optimize your productivity and outreach efforts
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role
- Strong skills in lead generation and sales conversations, including cold emails, cold calls, prospecting, and effectively nurturing leads
- Demonstrated ability to qualify opportunities, handle objections, and progress deals efficiently
- Results driven and motivated to exceed measurable goals, with experience working under commission based targets and KPIs
- Detail oriented and highly organized, with strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
- Fluency in English is essential
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or a related area
