Role Overview
The Sales Development team starts conversations with qualified leads and helps organizations make recruiting more strategic, collaborative, and human.

Responsibilities
- Initiate conversations with qualified leads and engage prospective clients through email and phone.
- Use consultative discovery to uncover recruiting-process issues and explain the platform's value.
- Help improve internal processes beyond daily sales-development tasks.
Qualifications
- Have at least 1 year of phone sales experience in a SaaS or B2B company, or be a driven new graduate who thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Proactively engage new clients through email and phone.
- Use a consultative, human sales approach without scripts.
- Clearly articulate the platform's value and benefits.
- Ask effective questions to uncover prospect needs.
- Bring a team-oriented attitude and desire to improve internal processes.
- Show willingness to learn, grow, and build a startup sales career.
