- Identify and research target enterprise accounts across priority industries
- Build and maintain prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, CRM databases, and other sales tools
- Execute outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels
- Generate qualified meetings for the Enterprise Sales team
- Personalize outreach based on customer challenges, industry trends, and business priorities
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads using established sales methodologies
- Understand customer business challenges and identify opportunities where AI can create value
- Engage decision makers and key stakeholders within enterprise organizations
- Maintain accurate prospect information and activity within the CRM
- Generate opportunities across Enterprise AI Solutions, AI Agents, AI Data Services, etc.
- Schedule discovery calls, product demonstrations, and qualification meetings
- Research target industries and accounts, monitor competitors and AI market trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales
- Experience selling or supporting B2B technology, SaaS, software, cloud, or AI solutions
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and target driven

About the Role
- As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, identifying and engaging enterprise organizations that can benefit from CNTXT AI's solutions.
- You'll be responsible for outbound prospecting, qualifying inbound and outbound leads, and scheduling meetings for our Enterprise Sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research target enterprise accounts across priority industries.
- Build and maintain prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, CRM databases, and other sales tools.
- Execute outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels.
- Generate qualified meetings for the Enterprise Sales team.

- Qualify inbound and outbound leads using established sales methodologies.

- Generate opportunities across Enterprise AI Solutions, AI Agents, AI Data Services, Data Collection & Annotation, AI Training Data & RLHF, Robotics Data Services, Computer Vision Data, and Munsit – Arabic Voice AI.
- Schedule discovery calls, product demonstrations, and qualification meetings.
- Research target industries and accounts, monitor competitors and AI market trends, identify new business opportunities and share market insights.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales.
- Experience selling or supporting B2B technology, SaaS, software, cloud, or AI solutions.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and target driven.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in AI, SaaS, Cloud, Enterprise Software, Data Services, Voice AI, Contact Center Solutions, or Digital Transformation.
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Outreach.io, or Salesloft.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Experience working with MEDDICC, BANT, SPICED, or similar qualification methodologies.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini for sales research and outreach.
