What You’ll Be Doing
Prospecting and running outbound campaigns to mid-sized property managers
Creating and testing new sequences
Managing a pipeline of high-potential leads
Learning the ropes with a fast path to AE
You’re a Fit If
You have direct sales experience
You’re confident in cold outreach and know how to follow up
You love clear targets and fast feedback
You don’t wait to be told what to do—you drive the process
Real estate/property management experience = bonus
Compensation
- Base + uncapped commission
- $70k base/$103k OTE
- Employee-sponsored health insurance
