The Sales Development Rep (SDR) identifies, nurtures, and qualifies prospective hotel owners and developers across the Americas region, including the United States, Canada, Mexico, Latin America and the Caribbean.
Leads generated through Development Demand Center (DDC) marketing programs are routed to Regional Directors (RDs) to advance toward close, offering a strong entry point into IHG's development organization.
Your day to day
Research and identify prospective franchise and development opportunities.
Conduct multi-channel outreach (calls, email, and other channels) to target owners.
Qualify leads based on agreed business criteria and growth priorities.
Schedule meetings and coordinate handoffs to Regional Directors (RDs).
Maintain accurate activity and opportunity information within CRM.
Support outbound campaigns and strategic growth initiatives.
Partner with Growth Marketing and Market Planning to identify and prioritize targets.
What we need from you
2-5 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, business development, fundraising or related commercial roles.
English required; professional Spanish preferred.
Strong prospecting, research, and communication skills.
using CRM platforms.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain outreach discipline.
Self-motivated and resilient, with the drive to succeed in an outbound sales environment.
Travel – less than 10% required
Location – Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) business days a week in the ATLANTA office.
This expectations may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
