A leading automotive manufacturing company in Dubai is urgently hiring a Sales Coordinator with tendering experience. The role involves handling RFQs, quotations, tender submissions, and client coordination for auto components.

Responsibilities
- Process RFQs/tenders from OEMs, Tier 1 clients, and government portals daily
- Prepare technical and commercial quotes, costing, and BOQ as per specifications
- Coordinate with Design and Production for lead time, pricing, and drawings
- Submit bids on time and follow up for clarifications and award status
- Maintain tender tracker, CRM updates, and documentation
- Support sales team for customer orders, delivery, and documentation
- Handle IATF 16949 / ISO related documents for automotive clients
Requirements
- 1 3 years of Sales Coordinator/Executive experience
- Hands on tendering/RFQ experience in automotive/auto components
- Immediate joiner or max 15 days notice period
- Good Excel and MS Office skills
- Knowledge of ERP/CRM is a plus

Job Summary
- Dubai based automotive manufacturing company needs Sales Coordinator with tendering exposure who can join immediately. You'll handle RFQs, quotations, tender submissions, and client coordination for auto components.
Key Responsibilities

- Good Excel + MS Office. Knowledge of ERP/CRM is plus
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 5,000 + Benefits
