About the Role

- Coordinate with showroom sales team to process quotations, LPOs, and sales orders
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk ins
- Prepare and follow up on quotations
- Maintain customer records and sales documentation
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for order delivery
- Support inventory tracking and showroom stock updates
- Assist in preparing sales reports and daily updates
- Ensure professional customer service at all times
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (graduation is mandatory)
- Must speak Tagalog and English fluently
- 2 3 years experience in sales coordination / showroom / customer service preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with showroom sales team to process quotations, LPOs, and sales orders.
