- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk ins
- Prepare and follow up on quotations
- Maintain customer records and sales documentation
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for order delivery
- Support inventory tracking and showroom stock updates
- Assist in preparing sales reports and daily updates
- Ensure professional customer service at all times
Requirements
- Must have experience in Sales Coordination role (Mandatory)
- Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation is mandatory)
- Must speak Tagalog & English fluently
- 2–3 years experience in sales coordination / showroom / customer service preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Job Description
- Hira Industries is looking for an organized Sales Coordinator (Tagalog Speaker) to support showroom sales operations in Al Manhal, Abu Dhabi.
- The ideal candidate will assist the sales team, handle customer inquiries, coordinate orders, and ensure smooth day to day showroom operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with showroom sales team to process quotations, LPOs, and sales orders

Compensation
