Liaise with internal departments (logistics, finance, warehouse, customer service) to ensure timely order fulfillment
Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and performance tracking documents
Support customer communication regarding orders, deliveries, and documentation
Maintain customer records, contracts, and pricing documentation
Support sales planning, forecasting, and pipeline tracking
Coordinate promotions, campaigns, and sales initiatives
Support customer meetings, presentations, and proposals
Handle customer complaints and support resolution with relevant teams
