Responsibilities
- Review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance and protect the company's rights and interests
- Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders on policies, procedures, and regulatory matters
- Draft and prepare legal documents including contracts, policies, official letters, and notifications
- Monitor relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements impacting company operations
- Manage legal disputes and coordinate with external legal advisors and government entities
- Support corporate governance practices and assist in internal audits related to legal compliance
- Maintain accurate and confidential legal records, contracts, and case files
- Conduct legal risk assessments and recommend preventive measures
- Represent the company in meetings with external parties, government bodies, and regulatory authorities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law
- 1 2 years of experience in legal practice, preferably within the FMCG, Industrial, or Food sectors
- Strong knowledge of commercial, corporate, and labor laws
- Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and contract management systems
- Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken)

Qualifications & Experience
