We are looking for a
highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator
to support the sales team in managing day-to-day operations, client communications, and order processing.
This role serves as the
key link between sales, logistics, and finance teams
, ensuring smooth execution of orders, accurate reporting, and excellent customer service.

Sales Operations & Support
- Assist the sales team with
- order entry, quotations, and follow-ups
- .
- Coordinate between
- sales, warehouse, and logistics
- to ensure timely deliveries.
- Manage the
- sales database
- , updating client information, price lists, and order histories.
- Prepare
- sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries
- for management.
- Track
- order status, delivery schedules, and payment collections
- .
Customer & Account Management
- Act as a point of contact for
- B2B and retail clients
- , handling inquiries and requests efficiently.
- Support the team with
- key account coordination
- , ensuring all trade terms and agreements are followed.
- Follow up with clients for
- order confirmations, invoices, and feedback

- Ensure a
- seamless customer experience
- from order to delivery.
Documentation & Coordination
- Handle
- sales invoices, delivery notes, and contracts
- , ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate
- export and local distribution documentation
- with logistics and finance teams.
- Maintain a clear filing and tracking system for all sales-related documents.
Reporting & Analysis
- Compile
- weekly and monthly sales reports
- , performance KPIs, and inventory updates.
- Provide administrative support for
- sales meetings, trade promotions, and presentations

- Monitor
- stock levels
- and coordinate reorders based on demand forecasts.
Qualifications & Skills
- **Bachelor’s degree**
- in Business, Sales, or related field.
- **2–4 years of experience**
- in a
- sales coordination or customer support role
- , ideally in FMCG or food distribution.
- Strong knowledge of
- sales processes, documentation, and CRM systems
- .
- Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- ; knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Zoho, Odoo) is an advantage.
- Excellent
- communication and organizational skills

- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
- Fluent in
English
(Arabic is a plus).
