Role Overview
The Sales Coordinator role supports enrollment and revenue growth for professional certifications, language courses, diploma, and vocational training programs.
Sales and Business Development
- Convert inquiries and leads into enrollments for professional certifications, language courses, diploma, and vocational training programs.
- Generate new leads through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, cold calling, and other sales activities.
- Develop corporate business by approaching HR and Learning and Development managers.
- Promote customized group training solutions to corporate clients.
Client Management and Targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Follow up with prospective students and corporate clients to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.
