Responsibilities
- Handle catering and B2B sales inquiries, quotations, bookings, and client communications
- Coordinate catering orders and events with Operations, Kitchen, Bakery, Logistics, and Finance teams
- Maintain the catering and events calendar and ensure timely execution of all confirmed orders
- Coordinate staffing, production schedules, and delivery requirements for catering events
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, permits, and operational records
- Coordinate with the Finance team regarding invoicing and payment follow ups
- Follow up with clients after events to obtain feedback and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, catering coordination, hospitality operations, or B2B food service
- UAE experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams

Job Description
- Yamanote Atelier is looking for a proactive and detail oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Catering and B2B Operations.
- This role is ideal for someone with strong coordination skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle catering and B2B sales inquiries, quotations, bookings, and client communications.
