PRODUCTION MANAGER – BAKERY YAMANOTE ATELIER
Yamanote Atelier, a Dubai-born Japanese bakery & café, is looking for an experienced Production Manager – Bakery to lead our Bakery production operations.
Requirements
- Proven bakery production management experience.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of HACCP/food safety standards.
- Ability to manage high-volume production with attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily bakery production and ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency.
- Maintain strict food safety & hygiene standards (HACCP compliance).
- Manage inventory, control costs, and minimize waste.
- Lead, train, and motivate the production team.
- Collaborate on new product development and process improvements.
- Ensure proper maintenance of bakery equipment.
