Position Summary
Support the hotel's Sales and Marketing function through office administration, sales documentation, client communication, and guest assistance.
Promote the brand, support revenue generation, and help maintain existing guest loyalty.
Core Responsibilities
- Perform filing, email, typing, faxing, copying, and other general office duties.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, banquet event orders, and related sales documents.
- Assemble brochures, promotional materials, and information packages.
- Maintain commission, lead, and third-party records in sales-process software.
- Answer guest questions about hotel facilities, services, rates, packages, promotions, restaurants, and events.
- Communicate with clients by phone and email and respond to their questions and requests.
Service and Compliance Duties
- Follow company policies and procedures, maintain professional appearance, and protect confidential information and company assets.
- Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, address concerns, and communicate clearly and professionally.
- Maintain positive working relationships, support team goals, and meet quality assurance standards.
- Move and handle objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance and perform other reasonable duties requested by supervisors.
