Position Summary
Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel as part of the housekeeping team.
Support a memorable guest experience through hands-on housekeeping and guest-request service.
Core Responsibilities
- Deliver guest requests and stock housekeeping carts.
- Clean guest rooms and public spaces.
- Move throughout the assigned space and complete housekeeping tasks as needed.
- Follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, and uphold quality standards.
Role Requirements
- Perform physically active work involving extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication.
Workplace and Schedule
- The position is full time and based at the hotel in Dubai.
- The role is not remote and requires hands-on presence in hotel spaces.
