- Prepare accurate and timely price quotations for D2C and B2B (AMC) clients
- Draft, prepare, and manage service/AMC contracts for commercial clients
- Schedule and coordinate daily work assignments for field technicians based on job type and location
- Follow up regularly with the sales team on pending leads, quotations, and deal status
- Coordinate between sales, warehouse, and technician teams to ensure timely service delivery
- Maintain updated records of quotations, contracts, and client communications in Zoho Books/CRM
- Track technician job completion and report any delays or issues to management
- Support renewal and follow up of existing AMC contracts before expiry
- Handle general administrative and coordination tasks to support the sales team
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a sales coordination, admin, or operations support role (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good command of English (Hindi is a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Word; experience with Zoho Books or similar CRM/ERP is an advantage
- Excellent communication and follow up skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under deadlines
