Sales Coordinator

Overview

• **Sales Support:** Process new sales leads, manage schedules for the sales team, and follow up on quotes or outstanding documentation.
• **Customer Liaison:** Act as a primary point of contact for clients to answer queries, provide status updates, and handle post-sale administrative issues.
• **Data Management:** Maintain and update the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to ensure all client records, sales activities, and forecasts are accurate.
• **Reporting:** Compile monthly or quarterly sales reports to track progress against targets and identify trends.
• **Logistics Coordination:** Work closely with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure products are delivered on time and orders are fulfilled correctly.
• **Collaboration:** Coordinate with Marketing and Finance to ensure promotional materials are available and invoices are issued/paid correctly.
