About the Role

  • We are seeking a proactive and results oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales and business development activities in the petrochemicals and specialty chemicals sector. The successful candidate will assist in customer management, sales coordination, market development, and export sales suppo

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales inquiries, quotations, orders, and customer follow ups
  • Support business development activities and identify new sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities
  • Generate leads through online platforms, CRM systems, telemarketing, and market intelligence
  • Coordinate with logistics, procurement, production, and finance teams for order execution
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports
  • Assist with export sales documentation and international customer coordination
  • Support participation in exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings
  • Ensure timely response to customer inquiries through email, online portals, and other communication channels

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering OR B.Sc. Chemistry
  • MBA in Marketing, Logistics, International Business, or related discipline (preferred)
  • 2–3 years of experience in one or more of the following industries: Paints & Coatings, Adhesives, Cosmetics & Personal Care, Soap & Detergents, Flexible Packaging, Chemical Raw Materials, Petrochemicals, Specialty Chemicals
  • Experience in export sales will be an advantage

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong customer relationship management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Experience handling online customer inquiries and digital sales platforms
  • Market research and lead generation capabilities
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Willingness to travel for business meetings and industry events when required

Language Requirement

  • Fluent English (Written and Spoken)

Candidate Availability

  • Preference will be given to candidates who are currently available in the UAE
  • Hold Visit Visa or Cancelled Visa status
  • Can join immediately or within a short notice period
