Responsibilities
- Prepare and file VAT & corporate tax returns, ensuring compliance with UAE tax laws
- Conduct internal audits focused on VAT, Corporate Tax, and Excise Tax compliance
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS
- Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly bank reconciliations
- Oversee accurate posting of journal entries and classification of Chart of Accounts
- Monitor and manage accounts ageing report, ensuring timely collections and payments
- Ensure accurate costing of products/services and assist in preparation of cost reports and budgets
Requirements
- CA Inter, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 5 years of professional accounting experience
- Strong experience in handling taxation, financial reporting, and reconciliation
- Proven Finance Manager experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment
- Proficient in manufacturing ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally Prime, Quick Books or similar)
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and CT laws and tax regulations

Job Summary
- We are looking for an experienced Finance Manger with at least 5 10 years of expertise in handling financial reporting, taxation and compliance.
- The ideal candidate should have a strong background in preparation of Financial Statements, VAT, CT Filing & Costing.
- The candidate must have professional qualifications such as CA Inter, CMA, or ACCA, and must be well versed in the UAE's taxation, Auditing and financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Corporate & Value Added Tax: Prepare and file VAT & corporate tax returns, ensuring compliance with UAE tax laws.
- Managing VAT filings and other tax related documentation.
- Stay updated on local and international taxation changes, advising on tax strategies and optimizing tax liabilities.
- Tax Auditing & Compliance: Conduct internal audits focused on VAT, Corporate Tax, and Excise Tax compliance.
- Review tax returns and ensure timely and accurate filings with the FTA.
- Analyze business transactions to assess tax implications under UAE laws.
- Monitor tax risks and support the implementation of corrective actions.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
- Collaborate with internal team for accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Monitor month end and year end closing process.
- Assist with the preparation of management reports and financial forecasts.
- Prepare of fixed asset, prepayment, lease and loan schedules.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: CA Inter, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional accounting experience.
- Strong experience in handling taxation, financial reporting, and reconciliation.
- Proven experience in managing bank ledger entries and ageing reports.
- Proven Finance Manager experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
- Strong expertise in production accounting, cost bookkeeping, and inventory control.
- Hands on knowledge of BOMs, standard costing, variance analysis, and manufacturing cost structures.
- Experience with plant level financial reporting, MIS, and period closings.
- Strong analytical skills, compliance knowledge, and ability to work cross functionally in a fast paced setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in manufacturing ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally Prime, Quick Books or similar).
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and CT laws and tax regulations.
- Familiarity with IFRS & IAS.
Preferred
- Experience in UAE: Previous experience in the UAE market is highly preferred, including understanding local tax compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Residing in UAE: Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in the UAE & can join immediately.
Compensation
- Pay: AED7,000.00 AED8,000.00 per month
