- Preparation of Submittals, Prequalification & LPOs and Invoices
- Preparation of sales presentations, letters, sales reports and proposals
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and product demonstrations
- Maintain sales log and other documents
- Collecting offers from Suppliers from local and international market
- Respond to Customer inquiries and emails
- Answer phone calls and other Admin tasks
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 3 Years Experience as Sales Coordinator in UAE
- Attention to details
- Proficient in MS Office – Excel, Word, PP/Presentation is Mandatory
- Good communication skills
