Sales Coordinator

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all phases of the sales order process from order receipt through product delivery.
• Support assigned Sales Representatives by providing exceptional administrative and operational support.
• Process purchase orders, customer invoices, transportation arrangements, installation scheduling, and final order costing.
• Calculate gross profit and support commission reporting activities.
• Serve as a liaison between Sales, Operations, Accounting, Service, Purchasing, and other departments.
• Ensure accurate order entry and maintain proactive communication with customers throughout the order lifecycle.
• Partner with the Accounting team to resolve billing and receivable issues while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Identify and resolve order-related issues quickly and professionally.
• Support additional projects and initiatives as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, Customer Service, Administrative Support, or similar role.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to work effectively across teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with CRM and/or ERP systems.
• Experience supporting a field sales team or coordinating customer orders and quotations.
• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, shipping, or order fulfillment environments is highly valued, with an understanding of coordinating deliveries, managing timelines, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
