Responsibilities
- Monitor government portals and e procurement platforms for new automotive/fleet tenders, RFQs, and RFPs
- Assist in preparing tender documents: technical compliance sheets, commercial bids, certifications, and bank guarantees
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and finance teams to compile accurate proposals within deadlines
- Ensure submissions meet all regulatory, localization, and ministry requirements
- Act as coordinator for government clients, ministries, and public sector fleet departments
- Support senior staff in client meetings, technical presentations, and vehicle demos
- Prepare quotations, proformas, and contract drafts per government terms
- Track orders from award to delivery: production updates, inspection, registration, and handover
- Maintain records of contracts, amendments, delivery notes, invoices, and follow up on payments
- Track competitor participation and pricing in government automotive tenders
- Provide weekly reports on pipeline, bid status, and revenue forecasts for the government vertical
Requirements
- 1 2 years in sales coordination, tendering, or government client handling; automotive/manufacturing background is a strong plus
- Fluency in Arabic and English – must draft formal letters, bids, and communicate with ministries
- Basic understanding of UAE government procurement process and documentation
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word; ERP/CRM knowledge preferred
- High integrity and discretion with confidential pricing and bids
- Valid UAE driving license preferred

Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator with 1 2 years experience to support our Government Projects division in automobile manufacturing.
- Coordinate tendering, client liaison, and order execution for supply of vehicles, components, and fleet solutions to government entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Government Tender & Bid Coordination: Monitor government portals, assist in preparing tender documents, coordinate with teams, ensure compliance.
- Client Relationship & Account Management: Act as coordinator for government clients, support senior staff in meetings and demos.
- Sales Operations & Order Execution: Prepare quotations, track orders, maintain records, ensure compliance with warranty and service agreements.
- Market Intelligence & Compliance: Track competitor participation, stay updated on UAE government procurement laws, provide weekly reports.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Work with production, quality, logistics, and aftersales; coordinate with finance for EMD, PBG, and milestone invoicing.
Key Requirements
- 1 2 years in sales coordination, tendering, or government client handling; automotive/manufacturing background is a strong plus.
