Role Overview
Sales Coordinator/Accounts Assistant supporting the sales and accounts teams.
The role requires accounting experience or knowledge, UAE market familiarity, and strong organizational and communication skills.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Two years of accounting experience in the UAE is preferred, and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE financial regulations and tax laws.
- Previous sales support or coordination experience is a plus.
Required Skills
- Understanding of quotations, sales orders, invoicing, and customer follow-ups.
- Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat/PDF.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prepare financial statements and reports.
- Experience managing audits and liaising with external auditors.
- Effective communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
