Role Overview
Oversee and coordinate daily logistics and delivery operations.
Handle drivers and support staff while ensuring smooth, safe, and timely transportation operations.
Maintain accurate logistics and delivery records and coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Delivery Operations
- Plan and coordinate daily deliveries.
- Prepare delivery schedules and assign drivers and vehicles.
- Monitor deliveries and follow up on delays or issues.
- Ensure goods are delivered safely and on time.
- Handle and resolve daily delivery and transportation issues.
- Support the logistics team in daily operations.
Coordination and Records
- Handle and coordinate drivers and support staff.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, drivers, and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and logistics documentation.
Qualifications and Experience
- Good knowledge of logistics and delivery operations is required.
