Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales activities and support the sales team in achieving targets
- Source and identify available properties from landlords, property owners, and other channels
- Follow up with clients regarding inquiries
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM/database
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of sales transactions
- Handle customer communications via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Prepare sales reports and track leads, bookings, and conversions
- Assist in scheduling meetings and property viewings
- Ensure all required documents are collected and processed on time
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Customer service oriented with a professional attitude
- Knowledge of the real estate market and property sourcing is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1 year of real estate experience preferred
- English proficiency preferred
