Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the sales team for inquiries
  • Maintain customer records, contracts, and sales reports.
  • Follow up on pending quotations, payments, and approvals.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments with clients.
  • Support business development activities and customer relationship management.
  • Manage office documentation, filing, and data entry.
  • Maintain company database and ensure proper document control.
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance and breakdown service schedules.
  • Communicate with clients

Required Skills

  • Good organizational skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, email).
