Role overview
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for consumables quoting for global regions.
The position supports sales revenue by generating accurate and timely quotes.
The role reports to the Leader of Non-Customer Facing Customer Service and is part of Customer Care.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue impact by generating accurate, timely quotes that help convert leads into customers.
- Work closely with global sales teams to align pricing, terms, and quoting strategies.
- Use historical sales and install-base information to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop expertise in CRM and CPQ tools such as Salesforce and quoting systems.
Essential requirements
- A graduate degree in any stream is required.
- At least two years of experience in a Quoting Executive or similar quoting, CPQ, or CRM-driven role is required.
- Proficiency with CRM and quoting systems, such as Salesforce and CPQ tools, is required.
Preferred experience
- Experience with global or intercompany teams in a quoting or sales-support environment is a plus.
