Sales Coordinator

Position Summary

Core Responsibilities

• Perform filing, email, typing, faxing, copying, and other general office duties for Sales and Marketing.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, banquet event orders, brochures, promotional materials, and information packages.
• Use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
• Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify commissions, leads, and third-party information in sales software.
• Answer questions about hotel facilities, services, rates, room types, packages, promotions, restaurants, and events.
• Follow company policies, maintain professional appearance, protect confidential information, and safeguard company assets.
• Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, communicate professionally, and support team goals.
• Comply with quality assurance standards and perform other reasonable duties requested by supervisors.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.

• The position is full time.

Workplace

• The position is not remote and is located at the JW Marriott property in Dubai Marina, Dubai.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least one year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience is required.
• No license or certification is required.
