Role Overview
Comma Media is seeking a Sales & Content Creator on a commission-based structure.
The role combines lead generation, deal closing, and short-form content creation rather than traditional sales alone.
Responsibilities
- Generate and close new business opportunities for Comma Media.
- Present media, content, and marketing services to potential clients.
- Create, shoot, edit, and publish short-form content for social platforms.
- Use personal social media content and audience engagement to generate leads.
- Follow up with leads through closing and coordinate with the internal team after client acquisition.
- Build relationships with business owners, brands, restaurants, cafés, and companies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, media, or advertising is required.
- Strong content creation, communication, negotiation, and closing skills are required.
- Good knowledge of CapCut, short-form video editing, Instagram, TikTok, and social media marketing is required.
- Applicants must be comfortable appearing on camera and maintain an active personal social media presence.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
- Existing business connections in Abu Dhabi or Dubai are a strong advantage.
