Job Purpose
Drive van and bus sales for retail and fleet customers to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Manage the full sales lifecycle from completed sale through customer handover.
Support customer satisfaction objectives.
Sales Accountabilities
- Follow sales procedures to qualify buyers, understand their requirements, present suitable models, explain features, and close sales.
- Conduct post-sale follow-up to attract new customers and retain existing customers.
- Promote finance and insurance products.
- Maintain customer satisfaction according to company CSI guidelines and Mercedes-Benz standards.
Customer and Market Administration
- Maintain accurate customer profiles in the Autoline Dealer Management System.
- Collect and upload accurate customer and vehicle information.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotional activity, and market share.
- Maintain knowledge of company products, competing products, vehicle brands, and vehicle types.
- Prepare weekly plans, activity reports, results reports, and issue-resolution reports for management review.
Qualifications and Experience
- Secondary School Education Certificate is required.
- A diploma in business, mechanical studies, or an equivalent field is preferred.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in inventory or order management within the automotive industry is required.
