- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and commercial offers
- Negotiate commercial terms and conditions and support closing of sales agreements

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Previous experience in real estate, investment, or related industry preferred
- Experience using CRM systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in Arabic; English proficiency is preferred

Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and represent RASF Investment Company and its products and services to prospective and existing clients.
- Identify, qualify, and engage potential customers to understand their needs and business requirements.
- Provide professional sales consultations and recommend suitable solutions aligned with customer expectations and company offerings.
- Manage and follow up on sales leads and convert them into qualified opportunities and successful sales transactions.
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, demonstrations, and site visits as required.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and commercial offers in accordance with company policies.
- Negotiate commercial terms and conditions and support the closing of sales agreements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless contract execution and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up to date customer records, opportunities, and sales activities within the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Follow up with customers after sales completion to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, networking events, and promotional activities organized by the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Previous experience in real estate, investment, or a related industry is preferred.
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in Arabic; English proficiency is preferred.
