Responsibilities
- Execute partnership and business development plans in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives
- Identify, attract, and develop relationships with potential partners and brokers
- Maintain regular communication with partners, brokers, and external stakeholders
- Prepare partnership proposals, presentations, and company profiles for prospective partners
- Support partnership negotiations and assist in preparing partnership agreements
- Monitor the implementation of partnership agreements and ensure compliance
- Maintain and update partner and broker records within the CRM system
- Track partner performance and prepare periodic performance reports
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to maximize partnership driven lead generation
- Represent the company at real estate, investment, and industry related events
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales, or a related field
- Previous experience within the real estate, investment, or related sectors is preferred
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in Arabic; English proficiency is considered an advantage

Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, attract, and develop relationships with potential partners and brokers.
- Maintain regular communication with partners, brokers, and external stakeholders to strengthen collaboration and long term relationships.
- Prepare partnership proposals, presentations, and company profiles for prospective partners.
- Support partnership negotiations and assist in preparing partnership agreements, commercial proposals, and related documentation.
- Monitor the implementation of partnership agreements and ensure compliance with agreed terms and obligations.
- Maintain and update partner and broker records within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Track partner performance, evaluate partnership outcomes, and prepare periodic performance reports.
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to maximize partnership driven lead generation and business opportunities.
- Develop informational and incentive materials for partners and brokers to enhance engagement and performance.
- Represent the company at real estate, investment, and industry related events, exhibitions, and conferences.
- Identify new partnership opportunities and recommend initiatives that enhance partnership value and business impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales, or a related field.
- Previous experience within the real estate, investment, or related sectors is preferred.
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong relationship building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Fluency in Arabic; English proficiency is considered an advantage.
